We all wish for world peace, but world peace will never be achieved unless we first establish it within our own minds. Each class in this series will include a guided relaxation meditation, clear teachings and practical advice, concluding meditation, and an opportunity for questions.

Everyone is welcome.

Finding Happiness from a Different Source

We have spent every minute of every day since we were born working for our own happiness, and yet we have not managed to attain the long-lasting happiness we so desire. How is this possible? We have put so much energy and effort into this one single pursuit! This new series of classes will explore the answer to this life-long riddle, as well as time tested methods to attain true and lasting happiness.

This 3 class introductory series will offer a great opportunity for those who wish to explore Buddhist philosophy. We will look at the basics: the origins of Buddhism, meditation, karma, and the Buddhist way of life. Please join us. .
